Terms for using Victorious Veterans

Who we are

Victorious Veterans LLC provides paid record review and consulting services to help veterans understand potential VA disability claim paths. We are not a Veterans Service Organization (VSO), law firm, or medical provider and are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. Services are intended for U.S. veterans and related representatives.

Services and limitations

• We provide record reviews, written assessments, and recommendations; we do not file claims on your behalf.
• Information we provide is educational and should not be treated as legal or medical advice.
• Medical nexus opinions, if provided, are offered by licensed clinicians engaged by us; they are independent professionals.
• Outcomes are not guaranteed; VA decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

Payments and refunds

• Fees are due at checkout via Stripe. Taxes may apply.
• If we conclude there is no viable nexus path after review, we will refund the review fee.
• Except for the refund policy above, payments are nonrefundable once work begins.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information and records.
• Do not share content that infringes others’ rights or contains malicious code.
• Keep account or communication details secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and deliverables we create remain our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own VA-related purposes.

Prohibited uses

• Reverse engineering or scraping the site.
• Using the service for unlawful activity or to misrepresent information to government agencies.
• Interfering with site security or infrastructure.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Victorious Veterans LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victorious Veterans LLC and its personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Effective” date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
