• Payment data: limited Stripe checkout details (card data is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers).

How we use information

• Provide and improve our record-review services.
• Communicate about your request, payment status, or scheduling.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing and disclosure

• Vendors: cloud hosting, analytics, email/SMS, payment processors, and similar providers under contract.
• Clinical collaborators: licensed medical professionals engaged to perform reviews when needed for your request.

Data retention

We retain submitted information for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal or compliance requirements. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we must keep it for legal, security, or transactional recordkeeping.

Your choices

• Access & update: request a copy or correction of your data at privacy@victoriousvet.com.
• Deletion: request deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention limits.
• Marketing opt-out: use unsubscribe links or email us to stop marketing messages.
• SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any text to opt out of further SMS messages.
• Cookies: adjust browser settings to limit or block cookies; core site features may be impacted.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use caution when sharing sensitive records online.

Children’s data

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

We primarily serve U.S. veterans. If you access the site from outside the United States, you consent to processing and storage in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
